**This recipe gives the ingredient amounts for two tostadas
Original homemade chicken fingers
2 Ortega corn tostada shells
2 tbsp white salsa con queso (omit for milk-free option)
3 tbsp fat free refried beans
2/3 cup shredded lettuce
fresh cilantro, chopped
Optional toppings:
Fat free shredded cheese
Sour cream


1. Slice chicken fingers into bite-sized pieces. 
2. Divide ingredients equally between both tostada shells. Layer refried beans, salsa con queso, chicken, lettuce, and cilantro on top of shells. 
Yields 1 serving, serving size 2 tostadas
