1 Fuji Apple, diced
1 c strawberries, diced
2 kiwi, diced
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions for Salsa:

Combine apple, strawberries, and kiwi in medium bowl with lid.  Stir in lime juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg. Place lid on bowl and shake until ingredients are well mixed.  Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients for Cinnamon & Sugar Chips:

*1 package white flour tortillas (see note below about tortillas options, including gluten-free option)
Non-stick cooking spray
Cinnamon & Sugar mix in a shaker

Directions for Cinnamon & Sugar Chips:

1. Spray both sides of each tortilla with non-stick cooking spray.   
3. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (as much as you’d like).  
2. Using a pizza cutter, cut tortillas into 8 triangles.
4. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until golden brown.  Repeat for as many chips as you need.  
*I’ve used about every kind of tortilla in making the chips.  I’ve found that white flour tortillas are the best for making these. Whole wheat or corn tortillas turn out chewy and don’t crisp very well.
*For a gluten-free option, I’ve found that the Good For You brown rice tortillas (found in the freezer section) work best. They are the only gluten-free tortilla that I’ve found that crisp nicely for chips.
