3 slices thin sliced deli ham
1 tbsp Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese spread
3 tbsp crushed pineapple, drained
2 scallions, chopped
1 Udi’s Gluten-free Bagel


1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, and scallions.  Mix well. 
2. Spread cream cheese mixture on toasted gluten-free bagel, top with three pieces of thinly sliced ham.
