1 tbsp oil
12 oz. (about 4 c) chicken breast, cooked, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp black pepper
13 oz turkey sausage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/4 c water
2 cans (15 oz. each) Great Northern beans, rinsed, drained
6 tbsp tomato paste


1. In a small dish, combine water, tomato paste, thyme, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic in oil until cooked and translucent, about five minutes.
3. Add turkey sausage and chicken to onion and garlic. Heat about five minutes over medium heat.
4. Stir in tomato paste mixture and beans. Partially cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
