Easy Dinners, Gluten/Milk Free, Kid-Friendly Dishes, Pizza, Weight Watcher Friendly
1 Thomas 100% Whole Wheat bagel thin (Use Udi’s gluten-free bagels for GF option)
2 tbsp pizza sauce, divided
2 tbsp fat free mozzarella shredded cheese, divided (Use mozzarella flavored Soy Veggie shreds for milk free option)
12 Turkey pepperoni’s, divided
*Preheat oven to 375
1. Toast bagel in toaster.
2. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on each half of the bagel.
3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp mozzarella on each half.
4. Top each half with 6 turkey pepperoni’s.
5. Place bagel on baking sheet, and bake for 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Yields 1 pizza bagel, serving size 1 pizza bagel
