Advocare Friendly, Crock pot meals, Easy Dinners, Gluten/Milk Free, Ground Turkey Dishes, Soups, Weight Watcher Friendly
3/4 pound extra lean ground turkey
24 oz (about a bag and a half) mixed frozen vegetables (I use the corn, peas, green beans, and carrots mix)
1 large potato, cubed small
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet sauce
4 cups water
17 oz V8 original
17 oz V8 spicy
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1. Combine all ingredients, except turkey, onion, and celery, in crock pot.
2. Cook turkey, onion, and celery in skillet over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked all the way through and onions look translucent.
3. When cooked through, add turkey, onion, and celery to other ingredients in crock pot.
4. Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.
Yields about 16 servings, serving size 1 cup
