White Chicken Chili

1 3/4 pounds cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cloves
40 oz fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
7 oz Pace diced green chilies
1 1/2 cups yellow corn
1. Add all ingredients into the crock pot. Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours.
2. Take out chicken. Shred on separate plate using two forks. Return chicken back to crock pot after all has been shredded.
3. Cook for an additional 30 min.
Yields 12 servings, serving size 1 cup
