Boboli 12″ Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust (Use Udi’s gluten-free crust for gluten-free option)
1/3 cup Sweet Baby Rays Honey Hickory BBQ sauce
3 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked, chopped
1 scallion, finely chopped
3/4 cup fat free shredded mozzarella cheese (Use mozzarella flavored Soy Veggie Shreds for milk-free option)


1. Preheat oven to 450°
2. Spread BBQ sauce evenly across pizza crust.  
3. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over BBQ sauce.
4. Sprinkle cooked chicken pieces and scallions evenly over the top of the cheese.
5. Place pizza on a foil covered baking sheet, a pizza stone, or straight onto the oven rack and back 8-10 minutes.
Yields 6 slices, serving size 1 slice
