Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Chicken Dishes, Gluten/Milk Free, Tortilla/Wrap/Quesadilla Style, Weight Watcher Friendly
10 Homemade buffalo chicken fingers
5 whole wheat, low carb tortillas (I prefer La Tortilla factory large wraps) or gluten-free tortillas
Additional Topping Ingredients for wraps:
Shredded fat free cheddar cheese
Ranch Dressing (I use Bolt House brand, yogurt based dressing…find it in the produce refrigerated section) (OMIT for Milk-Free option)
Blue Cheese crumbles (Treasure Cave reduced fat is my favorite) (OMIT for milk-free option)
Additional wing sauce for drizzling
1. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave according to package directions.
2. Use two homemade buffalo chicken tenders per tortilla, sliced into smaller pieces.
3. Top with lettuce, 2 tbsp fat free cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp Bolt House Ranch, and 2 tbsp shredded carrots.
Yields 5 wraps, serving size 1 wrap
