10 Homemade buffalo chicken fingers
5 whole wheat, low carb tortillas (I prefer La Tortilla factory large wraps) or gluten-free tortillas
Additional Topping Ingredients for wraps:
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Shredded fat free cheddar cheese
  • Shredded carrots
  • Ranch Dressing (I use Bolt House brand, yogurt based dressing…find it in the produce refrigerated section) (OMIT for Milk-Free option)
  • Blue Cheese crumbles (Treasure Cave reduced fat is my favorite) (OMIT for milk-free option)
  • Additional wing sauce for drizzling

Directions:

 
photo (43)1. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave according to package directions.
2. Use two homemade buffalo chicken tenders per tortilla, sliced into smaller pieces.
3. Top with lettuce, 2 tbsp fat free cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp Bolt House Ranch, and 2 tbsp shredded carrots.
 
 
 
 
Yields 5 wraps, serving size 1 wrap
