1/2 c Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1/4 c Bolthouse Ranch (found in the refrigerated produce section)
2 tsp onion powder
3 c penne pasta (dry)
Directions:**Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooing spray. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Place on baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. When chicken is finished cooking, let rest for at least 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Once cooled, cube chicken into bite-sized pieces. 1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions. 2. While pasta is cooking, combine buffalo sauce, ranch, and onion powder in a small sauce pan over low heat. 3. Once well combined, add in cooked chicken pieces. Cover and allow to simmer while pasta finishes.
4. Drain pasta when finished cooking. Return pasta to pan. 5. Add buffalo chicken mixture to pasta and mix well.
6. Serve drizzled with 1/2 tbsp ranch dressing. **You could also prepare your chicken in a skillet stove top with a little bit of oil. I prefer to bake my chicken but you can prepare it any way you like best.
