1 box of cake mix, any flavor
1 c fat free cool whip
1 large egg
1/8 c powdered sugar


1. Preheat oven to 350.  Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.  Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cool whip, and egg.  Stir until well combined.  Mixture will be very thick.
3. Drop tablespoon sized balls of dough into powdered sugar and roll around until well coated. 
4. Bake for 8-9 min.  Cookies will be very soft when they come out (so soft you will think they are not done).  Allow to set on baking sheet for 3-4 minutes after done baking. 
5. Transfer to cooling rack and let set for at least 10 minutes.
Yields 25 cookies, serving size 1 cookie
