Boboli 12″ Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust (Use Udi’s Gluten-free Pizza crust for gluten-free option)
1/3 cup pizza sauce
10 slices Hormel turkey pepperoni
1/3 cup pineapple chunks
3/4 cup fat free shredded mozzarella cheese (Use mozzarella flavored Soy Veggie Shreds for milk-free option)


1. Preheat oven to 450°
2. Spread pizza sauce evenly across pizza crust.
3. Spread mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza sauce.
4. Top evenly with pepperoni slices and pineapple.
5. Place pizza on a foil covered baking sheet, a pizza stone, or straight onto the oven rack and back 8-10 minutes.
Yields 6 slices, serving size 1 slice
