1 large tortilla (Whole wheat or gluten-free)
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1/4 c Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella cheese (or mozzarella flavored soy veggie shreds for a dairy-free option)
8 slices turkey pepperoni
1 slice Green pepper
*You can add what ever pizza toppings/veggies you like on pizza to this recipe (note that the points were calculated based on the ingredients I used. If you add additional toppings, it may change the point values)


1. Heat griddle to 350 (you can also use a skillet or quesadilla maker).
2. Lay tortilla flat on a plate. Spread pizza sauce on half of the tortilla.
3. Sprinkle green pepper (or other veggies) on the pizza sauce half.
4. Top with cheese and pepperoni.
5. Fold unsauced side of tortilla over.
6. Place on heated griddle or skillet. Cook on each side until tortilla is golden brown, cheese is melted inside, and veggies are cooked through.
7. Slice into three triangles with a pizza cutter. 
Yields 1 serving, serving size 1 pizzadilla
