breakfast cookies

Ingredients:

1 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c oats
3 ripe bananas
1/3 c dried cranberries

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl mix together applesauce, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Allow to set in refrigerator for about 10 min.
4. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Drop cookie mixture by the tablespoonful onto the cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
 
Yields 35-37 cookies
Serving size 3 cookies, 2 points on Weight Watchers Points+ System.
 
*Note that these are not as sweet as a traditional cookie. But has lots of natural sweetness from the banana, applesauce, and cranberries.
*You could also add chocolate chips for some more sweetness, walnuts for a bit of protein, and even some flax seed (add additional points for these add ins)
