Ingredients:

1/2 c Planters NUT-rition peanut butter
1/2 c Bob Red Mills Flax seed
1 c certified gluten-free oats
2/3 c toasted coconut
1/2 c Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients into medium bowl.  
2. Stir until mixed well.  Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.  
3. Remove from fridge, use cookie scoop to form bite-sized energy balls.
4. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator.  
 
Yields about 35 bites, serving size 1 bite
