Italian Meatball Sub

Easy Dinners, Gluten/Milk Free, Ground Turkey Dishes, Kid-Friendly Dishes, Sandwiches, Weight Watcher Friendly
1 sub bun (I like Healthy Life hot dog buns or Schar gluten-free sub buns)
1/4 c Prego Light Smart pasta sauce
4 turkey meatballs (click here for recipe)
1/8 c shredded fat free mozzarella (or your favorite Soy mozzarella)
Sprinkle of dried oregano
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Place open bun on baking sheet. Place meatballs inside bun.
3. Spoon pasta sauce on top of meatballs. Top with mozzarella and oregano.
4. Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and meatballs/sauce are heated through.
Yields 1 serving, serving size 1 meatball sub
