2 large russet potatoes
1/8 c extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with a aluminum foil. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl (with lid) combine oil, Parmesan cheese, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
photo 2 (94)3. Scrub and rinse potatoes. Cut potatoes into fries (about 1/2 inch thickness). Place cut potatoes in bowl with olive oil mixture.  Seal bowl with lid and shake until all potatoes are coated well and evenly.
4. Spread coated potatoes onto prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through. 
 
Yields 4 servings, serving size about 2.5 oz (or about 12 fries)
