8 oz. tub fat free whipped topping
1 c pure pumpkin, canned
1 small box fat free, sugar free instant vanilla pudding, dry

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk together until ingredients are well incorporated. 
2. Serve immediately. Keep chilled.
