sesame chickenIngredients:

2.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, rinsed
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup blackberry jam
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1-2 tbsp Sesame seeds
sesame chicken 21. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, blackberry jam, hoisin sauce, oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes until well combined. 
2. Place rinsed chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour honey-soy sauce mixture over chicken breasts. 
3. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through. 
4. Remove chicken with about 20 minutes of cook time left. Shred with two forks. Set aside.
5. Dissolve 1 tbsp cornstarch in 2-3 tbsp of water. Mix until smooth and no lumps remain. Whisk cornstarch mixture into the sauce in the slow cooker while the chicken is out. 
6. Place shredded chicken back in slow cooker into sauce. Allow to cook for an additional 20-30 minutes to let the sauce thicken and soak into the chicken. 
Yields 8 servings, serving size 1/2 c
